UCH-L5抗体(C-4)是一种IgG1κ型小鼠单克隆UCH-L5抗体(也被称为UCH-L5抗体),它可以通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA等方法检测到小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的UCH-L5蛋白。UCH-L5抗体(C-4)可以以非共轭型抗UCH-L5抗体形式获得,也可以以多种共轭型抗UCH-L5抗体形式获得,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。作为26S蛋白酶体19S调节复合物的一个组成部分,UCH-L5(泛素羧基末端水解酶同工酶L5),也被称为UCH37,是一种包含329个氨基酸的蛋白质,其功能在于编辑多泛素化的蛋白质底物。由于UCH-L5具有从蛋白酶体降解中拯救泛素化蛋白(包括致癌蛋白)的潜力,因此UCH-L5的失调可能会影响肿瘤生长。通过与Smad7的结合,UCH-L5可以通过去泛素化和稳定TGFβ RI来显著上调TGFβ依赖的基因的表达。此外,由于在许多癌细胞系中观察到UCH-L5和其他去泛素化酶的过度表达,因此抑制这些蛋白可能是设计癌症治疗方案的一个有趣方向。UCH-L5存在四种由可变剪接事件产生的异构体。
