UCH-L1抗体（C-4）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆UCH-L1抗体（也称为泛素C末端水解酶L1抗体、泛素羧基末端酯酶L1（泛素硫酯酶）抗体、泛素羧基末端水解酶同工酶L1抗体、神经元胞质蛋白9.5抗体、泛素硫酯酶L1抗体或泛素硫酯酶抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的UCH-L1蛋白。UCH-L1抗体（C-4）既有非偶联抗UCH-L1抗体形式，也有多种偶联形式的抗UCH-L1抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。UCH-L1（泛素C末端水解酶）是一个基因家族的成员，其产物将泛素的小C末端加合物水解为泛素单体。UCH-L1的表达对神经元和弥漫性神经内分泌系统的细胞及其肿瘤具有高度特异性。UCH-L1在脑神经元中表达。对特定脑区的检查显示在所有测试区域都有表达，特别是在黑质中。UCH-L1占可溶性脑蛋白总量的1-2%。它在路易体中的出现及其在蛋白酶体途径中的作用使其成为帕金森病中引人注目的候选基因。编码UCH-L1的基因定位于人类染色体4p13。230个氨基酸的人UCH-L3蛋白与UCH-L1的蛋白质有54%的同源性。UCH-L3是主要的巯基蛋白酶，对泛素具有高亲和力结合位点。

Can we buy a protein free anti-UCH-L1? Can it be licensed for diagnostic development

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with UCH-L1 (C-4): sc-271639 monoclonal antibody?

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems.
