Could you advise whether this antibody has been tested in house in western blot for human endothelial cells please? Also, what's the ideal amount of protein/cell lysate required to get a good signal/band?

Can TTP (A-8): sc-374305 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, TTP (A-8): sc-374305 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent staining in mouse bone marrow-derived DCsLoaded protein from ~500k lysed BMDC, blocked blots with milk and, incubated in anti-TTP Ab (1:500 in 5% BSA in TBS-T) overnight and used another company's HRP anti-mouse secondary. Got three bands shown in attached image: the top band is at the 49kDa marker, the bottom (very faint) band is at about the 38kDa marker.
