TSG-6抗体（E-1）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆TSG-6抗体（也称为TNFAIP6抗体或TSG6抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测人源TSG-6蛋白。TSG-6抗体（E-1）有非偶联抗TSG-6抗体形式和多种偶联形式的抗TSG-6抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。TSG6基因在正常成纤维细胞中转录，并通过其启动子中的AP-1和NF-IL6位点结合细胞因子TNFα和IL-1而激活。TSG-6是一种糖蛋白，是透明质酸结合蛋白家族的成员，包括软骨连接蛋白、蛋白聚糖核心蛋白和粘附受体CD44。TSG-6与CD44高度同源，特别是在透明质酸结合结构域。TSG-6存在于TNF处理的细胞中；其表达在正常成纤维细胞、外周血单核细胞、滑膜细胞和软骨细胞中迅速被TNFα、IL-1和脂多糖激活。TSG-6与丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂inter-α-inhibitor（IαI）的成分形成稳定的复合物。TSG-6增强lαl对纤溶酶蛋白酶活性的抑制作用。通过它们对纤溶酶的协同抑制作用，TSG-6和lαl可以调节蛋白酶网络，从而抑制炎症。

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, TSG-6 (E-1): sc-377277 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.
