TRIP6抗体(F-5)是一种IgG3 κ小鼠单克隆TRIP6抗体,可以通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的TRIP6蛋白。TRIP6抗体(F-5)可以作为非偶联的抗TRIP6抗体使用。Zyxin是一种含有LIM结构域、锌指结构域和SH3配体结合域的磷蛋白,定位于黏着斑和肌动蛋白丝束。甲状腺受体相互作用蛋白6(TRIP6)是一种与Zyxin相关的蛋白。TRIP6与甲状腺受体的配体结合域相互作用,主要在肾、肝和肺中表达。它通过LIM结构域以TNF-或IL-1依赖的方式与受体相互作用蛋白2(RIP2)相互作用。TRIP6还与TRAF2相互作用,TRAF2是TNF信号传导以及IL-1受体、TLR2和Nod1的关键蛋白。TRIP6的过度表达促进TNF、IL-1、TLR2或Nod1对NFkappaB的激活,而TRIP6的显性负性突变体或RNA干扰结构则抑制TNF、IL-1、TLR2或Nod1对NFkappaB的激活。此外,TRIP6还增强RIP2-和Nod1介导的ERK激活。
