TREM-2抗体（B-3）是一种IgG1 κ型小鼠单克隆TREM-2抗体（也称为TREM2抗体，或在髓样细胞上表达的触发受体2抗体），可通过蛋白质印迹、免疫沉淀、免疫荧光和酶联免疫吸附试验检测人源TREM-2蛋白。TREM-2抗体（B-3）既有非共轭形式的抗TREM-2抗体，也有多种共轭形式的抗TREM-2抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。多囊性脂膜性骨发育不良伴硬化性白质脑病（PLOSL），又称"Nasu-Hakola病"，是一种隐性遗传病，患者表现为早发性进行性痴呆和骨囊肿，最终导致死亡。TYROBP（DAP12）的突变（编码自然杀伤细胞和髓样细胞中的膜受体成分）和在髓样细胞上表达的触发受体-2（TREM-2）的突变与PLOSL的病理学密切相关。TREM-2是人类单核细胞衍生的树突状细胞上的细胞表面受体，与DAP12形成受体信号复合物，并触发巨噬细胞和树突状细胞（DC）中的免疫反应激活。TREM-2/DAP12复合物是通过激活蛋白酪氨酸激酶和细胞外信号调节激酶来上调CC趋化因子受体7、部分DC成熟和DC存活的分子促进剂。人类慢性炎症TREM-2基因定位于6p21.1染色体，编码一个230个氨基酸的蛋白质。

Thank you for your question. TREM-2 Antibody (B-3): sc-373828 recognizes amino acids 1-160 mapping at the N-terminus of TREM-2 of human origin.

Could you specify, why you consider it as unsuitable for murine tissue? Interestingly it does bind something in murine tissue and the use in mice has already been published.

Thank you for your question. Based on our tests with our standard protocols, results in murine cell and tissue samples were not sufficiently consistent to recommend the antibody for general use with those materials.

Do you have any further data regarding the suitability of this antibdoy for murine cells/tissue? Could you specify the epitopes it binds?

Thank you for your question. TREM-2 Antibody (B-3) is only recommended for detection of TREM-2 isoforms 1-3 of human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA. Based on our tests with this product it is not suited for detection of murine protein.
