TRA-1-60抗体（TRA-1-60）是一种IgM κ小鼠单克隆TRA-1-60抗体（也称为PODXL抗体、podocalyxin样糖蛋白1抗体、碳水化合物依赖性T细胞受体α位点1-60抗体、唾液粘蛋白CD34家族PCLP1抗体、podocalyxin糖蛋白衍生物抗体、肾小球足细胞表面标记抗体或造血干细胞表面抗原抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和FCM检测人源的TRA-1-60蛋白。TRA-1-60抗体（TRA-1-60）既可作为非偶联抗TRA-1-60抗体形式，也可作为多种偶联形式的抗TRA-1-60抗体，包括藻红蛋白(PE)。胚胎干细胞具有在体外保持未分化和无限增殖的能力，同时保持分化为所有三个胚胎胚层的衍生物的潜力。未分化的人类胚胎癌（EC）细胞是畸胎癌的干细胞，其特征是表达阶段特异性胚胎抗原SSEA-1和SSEA-3、高分子量糖蛋白TRA-1-60和TRA-1-81以及TRA-2-39和TRA-2-54。单克隆抗体TRA-2-49和TRA-2-54也能识别人类EC细胞表达的碱性磷酸酶的肝同工酶。TRA-1-60抗原最初被鉴定为在EC祖细胞表面表达的畸胎癌粘蛋白样抗原。TRA-1-60也被表征为胚胎癌阳性NSTGCT（非精原性睾丸生殖细胞肿瘤）的肿瘤标记物，并在相当数量的干细胞膜上与TRA-1-81和SSEAs共表达。

I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of (other species, e.g., bovine, porcine, canine, equine, avian, non-mammalian) origin. Do you know if this mouse monoclonal antibody will work?
