Can I use this antibody to stain TLR5 in mouse intestinal sections fixed with PFA?

Thank you for your question. This antibody sc-57461 is recommended for detection of TLR5 of mouse, rat and human origin by Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry on methanol-fixed cells, Immunohistochemistry on acetone-fixed frozen tissues sections, Immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissues sections fixed with formalin and FCM; This antibody is also reactive with additional species, including canine.

Can TLR5 (19D759.2): sc-57461 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, TLR5 (19D759.2): sc-57461 is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
