TLR5抗体（19D759.2）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆TLR5抗体，可通过WB, IF, IHC(P)和FCM检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的TLR5。TLR5抗体（19D759.2）以非偶联的抗TLR5抗体形式提供。最初，基于序列相似性，鉴定出了果蝇Toll受体的六个人类同源物，并将其命名为Toll样受体（TLR）。Toll受体参与发育中的果蝇胚胎的背腹极化的介导，同时也参与宿主免疫。TLR蛋白家族的特征是存在一个高度保守的Toll同源（TH）结构域，这对于Toll诱导的信号转导至关重要。TLR1以及其他TLR家族成员是I型跨膜受体，其特征是含有一个由几个富含亮氨酸的区域组成的细胞外结构域以及一个细胞质内的Toll/IL-1R样结构域。TLR2和TLR4在响应脂多糖（LPS）刺激时被激活，这会导致NF-κB的激活和转位，并暗示这些受体参与介导炎症反应。TLR5特异性地参与对微生物因子的先天免疫反应。TLR5在卵巢和外周血白细胞中高表达，尤其是在单核细胞中，并且在前列腺和睾丸中也有较低程度的表达。

Can I use this antibody to stain TLR5 in mouse intestinal sections fixed with PFA?

Thank you for your question. This antibody sc-57461 is recommended for detection of TLR5 of mouse, rat and human origin by Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry on methanol-fixed cells, Immunohistochemistry on acetone-fixed frozen tissues sections, Immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissues sections fixed with formalin and FCM; This antibody is also reactive with additional species, including canine.

Can TLR5 (19D759.2): sc-57461 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, TLR5 (19D759.2): sc-57461 is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
