TLR1抗体(H-8)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆TLR1抗体(也称为Toll样受体1抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的TLR1蛋白。TLR1抗体(H-8)既可以非偶联抗TLR1抗体的形式提供,也可以多种偶联形式的抗TLR1抗体提供,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。最初根据序列相似性鉴定出了六种果蝇Toll受体的人类同源物,并将其命名为Toll样受体(TLR)。Toll受体参与介导发育中的果蝇胚胎的背腹极化,也参与宿主免疫。TLR家族蛋白的特点是一个高度保守的Toll同源(TH)结构域,这对于Toll诱导的信号转导至关重要。TLR1以及其他TLR家族成员是一种I型跨膜受体,其特征是含有一个由几个富含亮氨酸的区域和一个单一的细胞质Toll/IL-1R样结构域组成的细胞外结构域。TLR2和TLR4在响应脂多糖(LPS)刺激时被激活,导致NFκB的激活和转位,这表明这些受体参与介导炎症反应。TLR受体在外周血白细胞、巨噬细胞和单核细胞中的表达最高。TLR6与TLR1高度同源,序列同一性超过65%,与其他TLR家族成员一样,它在激活时诱导NFκB信号传导。

I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of bovine origin. Do you know if sc-514399: TLR1 (H-8) mouse monoclonal antibody will work?
