Titin抗体（E-2）是一种IgG3 κ小鼠单克隆Titin抗体（也称为Titin抗体），可通过WB, IP, IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Titin蛋白。Titin抗体（E-2）既可作为非偶联的抗Titin抗体，也可作为多种偶联形式的抗Titin抗体，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、藻红蛋白（PE）、异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Titin，也称为connectin，是一种大型蛋白质，参与条纹肌肉中高度有序的肌节（收缩单位）组装的时间和空间控制。除了肌节组装外，Titin还维持肌肉内收缩的肌原纤维的结构完整性，并组织分裂细胞中染色体凝集的机制。Titin是一种由27,000个氨基酸组成的巨大蛋白质，包含一个自调节的丝氨酸激酶催化结构域和一个钙/钙调蛋白结合区，这些区域参与其激活。活化的Titin磷酸化肌肉蛋白telethonin，这是一种在心脏和骨骼肌中丰富的肌节蛋白，暗示Titin活性在肌原纤维生成过程中参与细胞骨架的重组。

I am considering purchasing this antibody. Has it been used for immunoprecipitation (IP) in mouse tissues? If there are any laboratory data available, I would appreciate it if you could share them with me.

What is the recommended fixation method for immunofluorescence staining with Titin (E-2): sc-271946 monoclonal antibody?
