TIN2抗体(4H262)是一种IgG1小鼠单克隆TIN2抗体(也称为TIN2抗体),可通过WB检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的TIN2蛋白。TIN2抗体(4H262)以非偶联的抗TIN2抗体形式提供。端粒是保护线性染色体末端的DNA-蛋白质,有助于维持基因组稳定性和细胞表型。哺乳动物端粒蛋白由TRF1(端粒重复结合因子)、TRF2、tankyrase和TIN2组成,在芽殖酵母、酿酒酵母中没有公认的直系同源物,而RAP1是酵母端粒蛋白scRap1的直系同源物。与scRap1一样,哺乳动物RAP1调节端粒延长。RAP1与Rif1和Rif2两种蛋白质相互作用,有助于维持端粒长度稳态。与直接结合端粒DNA的scRap1不同,RAP1由TRF2招募到端粒。scRap1与哺乳动物RAP1在功能和结构上的相似性表明,芽殖酵母在端粒上保留了RAP1,但丢失了TRF组分。端粒蛋白TRF1需要TIN2来控制人类细胞中的端粒长度。
