TIF1γ抗体(XX-19)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆TIF1γ抗体(也称为TIF1γ抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的TIF1γ蛋白。TIF1γ抗体(XX-19)为非偶联的抗TIF1γ抗体。转录中介因子1-α(TIF1α)通过与几种核受体的AF2区域相互作用来介导转录事件,这些核受体包括雌激素、维甲酸和维生素D3受体。TIF1α定位于核小体,是三重基序(TRIM)家族的成员。TRIM基序包括三个锌结合域(RING、B-box 1型和B-box 2型)和一个卷曲螺旋区域。TIF1β也是TRIM家族的成员,其包含一个Cys/His PHD指结构域和一个溴结构域,这两个结构域形成一个转录抑制所需的协同单元。TIF1β通过与许多转录因子中的Kruppel相关盒(KRAB)抑制结构域相互作用,并通过其锌指结构域结合DNA来介导转录控制。TIF1γ的结构与前两个TRIM成员相似,尽管它呈现出一些功能上的差异。TIF1γ在造血、间充质和上皮细胞类型中与Smad2/3转录因子相互作用,以介导对TGFβ的不同转录效应。

Can sc-101179: TIF1γ (XX-19) monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, sc-101179: TIF1γ (XX-19) is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
