Talin抗体（C-9）是一种IgG3 κ小鼠单克隆Talin抗体（也称为TLN1抗体或TLN2抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的Talin蛋白。Talin抗体（C-9）既可作为非偶联抗Talin抗体形式，也可作为多种偶联形式的抗Talin抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。粘着斑被确定为组织培养细胞质膜内的区域，这些区域紧密粘附于下面的基质。在体内，这些区域参与细胞与细胞外基质的粘附。桩蛋白和纽蛋白是细胞骨架、粘着斑蛋白，它们是将肌动蛋白网络与质膜连接起来的蛋白质复合物的组成部分。已经在其他细胞骨架蛋白上鉴定出纽蛋白结合位点，包括Talin-1和α-辅肌动蛋白。此外，纽蛋白、Talin-1、Talin-2和α-辅肌动蛋白各自含有肌动蛋白结合位点。已经显示纽蛋白、Talin-1和Talin-2的表达受到肌动蛋白表达水平的影响。已经显示α-辅肌动蛋白通过与纽蛋白和Talin复合物的相互作用或通过与整合素的直接相互作用将肌动蛋白连接到质膜中的整合素。Talin-2与Talin-1相似，但显示出不同的表达模式，不能补偿Talin-1的缺少。

Thank you for your question. Talin Antibody (C-9): sc-365875 is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 raised against a recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 1-300 mapping at the N-terminus of Talin of human origin. The exact epitope recognized by this antibody has not been determined.

Can Talin (C-9): sc-365875 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, Talin (C-9): sc-365875 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.
