Could you please tell me can I use your anti Syndecan 1 antiboies to identify human endothelial glycocalyx?

Thank you for your inquiry and your interest in this product. The Syndecan-1 Antibody (DL-101): sc-12765 is recommended for detection of the ectodomain of Syndecan-1 of mouse, rat and human origin. Can Syndecan-1 Antibody (DL-101): sc-12765 be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, this Syndecan-1 antibody sc-12765 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
