I´d like to know if this antibody can be used for FCM conjugated with PE. If it is possible, how is the best concentration?

Thank you for your question. Yes, this mouse monoclonal antibody, survivin (D-8): sc-17779, is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-17779 PE) 200 µg/ml for flow cytometry (FCM). We recommend using 1 µg of conjugated primary antibody for every 100 µl of the prepared cell suspension (equal to 1 million cells). I would like to perform double or triple staining, but my other primary antibodies are also from mice. Is this possible?

Yes, this is absolutely possible. In this case, we just recommend using our mouse monoclonal primary antibodies that are directly conjugated. Currently, the survivin Antibody (D-8): sc-17779 is available conjugated to HRP (sc-17779 HRP), phycoerythrin (sc-17779 PE), fluoroscein (sc-17779 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-17779 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-17779 AF647).
