Sulfiredoxin抗体（E-2）是一种IgG2b κ鼠单克隆Sulfiredoxin抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源性的Sulfiredoxin蛋白。Sulfiredoxin抗体（E-2）既可以是非偶联的抗Sulfiredoxin抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗Sulfiredoxin抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Sulfiredoxin，也称为Sulfiredoxin-1和染色体20开放阅读框139（C20orf139），是一种细胞质抗氧化蛋白，通过催化减少氧化修饰参与信号传导。它通过将保守的半胱氨酸从亚磺酸还原为亚磺酸来调节过氧化物酶（PRXs），这是一类减少过氧化氢的蛋白质家族。这影响了PRX在其他下游转录因子和激酶信号通路中的作用。Sulfiredoxin蛋白特异性地作用于PRDX1、PRDX2、PRDX3和PRDX4过氧化物酶，但不作用于PRDX5或PRDX6。Sulfiredoxin作为磷酸转移酶和硫醇转移酶起作用，并且在体内广泛表达，在肺、脾、肾和胸腺组织中检测到最高水平。

Perhaps the Ab sample got frozen in the frige? Is it possible that the frozen sample does not work at all, or it just has lower affinity?
