STI1抗体（D-6）是一种IgG1κ小鼠单克隆STI1抗体（也称为STI1抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源STI1蛋白。STI1抗体（D-6）有非偶联的抗STI1抗体形式，以及多种偶联形式的抗STI1抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。应激诱导的磷酸蛋白1（STI1）在热休克反应中作为HSP70和HSP90的辅因子。STI1以单体或二聚体的形式存在，这种构象灵活性促进了它在组织HSP70/HSP90中的作用。HSP90作为ATP酶，需要招募客户蛋白和适当的构象才能发挥作用。STI1作为客户蛋白招募的"支架"，结合松弛的ADP构象的HSP90，从而抑制加载阶段的ATP周转，并允许正常功能。

Can STI1 (D-6): sc-390203 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, STI1 (D-6): sc-390203 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Potent and very specific antibodyThis monoclonal antibody was independently tested in-house by Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation and validated for use for Western blotting. There was strong detection of the ~63 kDa target protein in mouse tissues (brain/testes/thymus/muscle mix). No major cross-reactivities were observed at 2 µg/ml antibody concentration with off-target proteins in the mouse tissues tested.
