STELLA抗体（D-5）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆STELLA抗体（也称为STELLA抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的STELLA蛋白。STELLA抗体（D-5）既可以是非偶联的抗STELLA抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗STELLA抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。STELLA，也称为Dppa3和Pcg7，是发育多能性相关蛋白家族的成员，被认为在胚胎生殖细胞发育中发挥关键作用。STELLA在胎儿卵巢中高表达，在睾丸和胸腺中表达较低，有助于生殖细胞分化，并作为调节早期胚胎发育的母体因子。除了有助于正常的胚胎发育外，STELLA在睾丸生殖细胞肿瘤中过表达，表明其在肿瘤形成中可能发挥作用。在癌细胞中观察到的STELLA水平升高表明，它可能是早期癌症检测的新候选物。

has anyone tried this Stella mAb on human cell lysates (standard cell lines)?

Thank you for your question. We have published human cell line data on our product page (see up above) for this antibody (SUP-T1 lysate, which is a T lymphoblast cell lysate).

The cell lines we used are NCCIT and F9 cells. Could Santa Cruz share their protein extraction and western blot protocols for this protein and antibody?
