SPTLC2抗体(G-4)是一种IgM κ小鼠单克隆SPTLC2抗体(也称为SPTLC2抗体),可通过蛋白质印迹(WB)、免疫沉淀(IP)、免疫荧光(IF)和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的SPTLC2蛋白。SPTLC2抗体(G-4)可以是非偶联形式的抗SPTLC2抗体。SPTLC1(丝氨酸棕榈酰转移酶1,也称为LCB1)和SPTLC2(丝氨酸棕榈酰转移酶2,LCB2)共同催化鞘脂的生物合成,它们利用磷酸吡哆醛作为辅因子,将L-丝氨酸和棕榈酰辅酶A转化为3-氧代鞘氨醇。经皮水分流失的增加会触发人体中丝氨酸棕榈酰转移酶mRNA表达的上调。野生型SPTLC1和SPTLC2的缺陷可导致遗传性感觉神经病、特应性皮炎和银屑病。

Which secondary antibody hrp-conjugated do you recommend?

Thank you for your question. SPTLC2 Antibody (G-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgM. Therefore, we recommend using an isotype-specific anti-mouse IgM secondary antibody for detection. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any anti-mouse IgM secondary antibodies at this time. We are developing one now and hope to offer it very soon.
