Dear Santa Cruz, my question is relative to the HepG2 cells stained with Spot 14 Antibody (F-7): sc-137178. Is it possible to know if the cells have been pre-treated with tween or similar and Ab incubation time and concentration? Thanks a lot.

You can find the protocol used for this image here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/immunofluorescence-cell-staining We recommend a starting dilution of 1:50 for IF for this antibody, with a 1 hour incubation. What is the recommended fixation method for immunofluorescence staining with Spot 14 (F-7): sc-137178 monoclonal antibody?
