Spastin抗体（Sp 3G11/1）是一种小鼠单克隆IgG2a kappa轻链抗体，可通过应用诸如蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）和免疫荧光（IF）等方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人类样本中的Spastin。抗Spastin抗体（Sp 3G11/1）有非结合型和多种结合型，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、藻红蛋白（PE）、异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）和多种Alexa Fluor®结合物。Spastin是AAA蛋白家族的一员，由616个氨基酸组成，在微管动力学中起着至关重要的作用，而微管动力学对于维持细胞结构和促进细胞内运输至关重要。Spastin的正常运作对于核蛋白复合体的组装和功能至关重要，失调会导致严重的细胞功能障碍。值得注意的是，Spastin基因（SPAST、SPG4）的突变与最常见的遗传性痉挛性截瘫（特别是痉挛性截瘫4型）有关，其特征是因逆行性轴索病变影响皮质脊髓运动神经元而导致下肢逐渐无力且僵硬。在所有常染色体显性遗传性痉挛性截瘫中，约有40%是由SPAST特异性突变引起的，这凸显了Spastin在神经健康中的重要性。

Rated 4 out of 5 by from a relative good antibody for WBThis antibody recognizes a band of predicted M.W. on WB (1:500 dilution, 40 ug HeLa extract). It does appear to work for IF.
