The protein is detected as a single band at a lower MW than in the data sheet. I also cross-checked with antibody from other company, and there is no problem with the sample. Is there a possibility of a 10-20kDa difference depending on the sample?

Is this antibody cross-reactive with skeletal or cardiac actin?
