Slfn11抗体（E-4）是一种IgG1 κ鼠单克隆Slfn11抗体（也称为SLFN8/9抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测到人源Slfn11蛋白。Slfn11抗体（E-4）既可以是非偶联的抗Slfn11抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗Slfn11抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Schlafen家族成员主要在淋巴组织中表达，并在胸腺细胞成熟过程中受到不同的调节。Schlafen蛋白具有抑制细胞生长的作用，并被认为在维持T细胞静止状态中发挥作用。Schlafen家族的所有成员都包含一个保守的核心结构域，并在N末端存在大量差异。Schlafen家族的原型成员Slfn1在胸腺细胞阳性选择过程中不受转录调控，其诱导导致G0/G1期阻滞，这表明Slfn1参与细胞周期的调控，并可能作为凋亡的决定因素。Slfn1和Slfn2在胸腺细胞发育的双阳性（DP）和单阳性（SP）阶段均不受调控，而Slfn4在这些阶段被下调。Schalfen蛋白表达的变化可能导致胸腺亚群中观察到的表型差异。Slfn11（Schlafen家族成员11），也称为SLFN8/9，是一种属于Schlafen家族的901个氨基酸的蛋白质。

Do you have a recommended protocol for intracellular staining with this antibody for Flow Cytometry?

I am using Slfn11 Antibody (E-4): sc-374339 for Western blot. How do I know if the band I am detecting is specific?
