I saw two bands in between 25 and 37. Are they both Sirt3?

Does this works for immunoprecipitation? How much Antibody would I need for IP? Is there specific protocol for IP using agarose conjugated antibody?

Does this antibody cross react with murine SIRT3?

Thank you for your question. SIRT3 Antibody (F-10): sc-365175 recommended for detection of SIRT3 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA, so it will detect SIRT3 of murine origin. For further information please contact our technical service directly.
