SF2/ASF抗体(3G268)是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆SF2/ASF抗体(也称为SF2/ASF抗体或SRSF1抗体),可通过WB、IP和IF检测来自小鼠、大鼠和人的SF2/ASF。SF2/ASF抗体(3G268)为非偶联型抗SF2/ASF抗体形式。前mRNA剪接增强子元件是能够激活附近内含子中弱剪接位点的短RNA序列,这些序列对于准确剪接位点识别和选择性剪接的控制是必需的。剪接增强子元件包含富含丝氨酸/精氨酸(SR)的剪接因子的特异性结合位点,包括SC35、9G8、SRp20和SF2/ASF。SR因子家族均含有一个或多个RNA识别基序(RRM)和一个富含精氨酸/丝氨酸(RS)的结构域。它们不仅对于组成性剪接是必不可少的,而且还通过影响选择性剪接位点的选择,以浓度依赖的方式调节剪接。大多数SR蛋白,包括SC35和SRp40,都局限于细胞核内,而SF2/ASF、SRp20和9G8则在细胞核和细胞质之间连续穿梭,并促进mRNA转运。SR蛋白在调节剪接中的活性受到hnRNP A/B蛋白家族的拮抗,这些蛋白会诱导剪接位点选择的剧烈变化。另一种与SR相关的蛋白p32与SR因子紧密相关,并通过阻止ASF/SF2和RNA的稳定相互作用,优先抑制ASF/SF2作为剪接增强子和剪接抑制蛋白的功能。

How much sample do you recommend loading on the gel for Western blot detection using SF2/ASF (3G268): sc-73026?
