SESN2抗体（D-4）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆SESN2抗体（也称为SEST2抗体、Sestrin-2抗体、SES2抗体或Hypoxia Induced Gene 95抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的SESN2蛋白。SESN2抗体（D-4）既可以是非偶联的抗-SESN2抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗-SESN2抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。SESN2，也称为sestrin 2、HI95、SES2或SEST2，是一种由480个氨基酸组成的蛋白质，属于与PA26相关的sestrin家族蛋白质。SESN2在全身多种组织中表达，被认为参与细胞生长和存活的调节，并可能在介导应激诱导的细胞应答中发挥作用。在氧化应激或DNA损伤后，SESN2的表达会上调，导致细胞毒性和随后的凋亡，暗示SESN2在调节细胞活力中起着重要作用。相反，在乳腺癌细胞中过表达SESN2可以保护细胞免受凋亡，提示SESN2可能在肿瘤进展中发挥作用。因此，SESN2是细胞存活的关键调节因子，其功能根据细胞条件的不同而有所不同。

I am using SESN2 (D-4): sc-393195 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
