SerpinB1抗体（4D7）是一种小鼠单克隆IgG2b kappa轻链抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测人源SerpinB1蛋白。抗SerpinB1抗体（4D7）以非结合形式提供。SerpinB1，也称为单核细胞/中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶抑制剂（M/NEI）或白细胞弹性蛋白酶抑制剂（LEI），在调节中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶、组织蛋白酶G和蛋白酶-3的活性方面发挥着至关重要的作用，这些酶对于维持炎症反应中的稳态非常重要。通过抑制这些丝氨酸蛋白酶，SerpinB1有助于控制炎症过程中的组织损伤，并防止可能导致慢性炎症疾病的过度蛋白水解活性。 SerpinB1主要位于细胞质中，其快速抑制蛋白酶的能力对于保护免疫反应中的组织免受损伤至关重要。此外，编码SerpinB1的基因SERPINB1属于Ov-serpin家族，在小鼠中有四个同源基因，其中SerpinB1a是人体对应基因的功能同源物。SerpinB1的存在对于正常的免疫功能至关重要，失调与多种病理状况有关，因此SerpinB1成为重要的研究及治疗干预目标。

感谢您的提问。SerpinB1 (4D7)的规格为1ml，推荐用于WB实验的稀释比例为：初始稀释比 1:200, 稀释范围 1:100-1:1000；您按照体积比稀释使用即可，无需计算终浓度。谢谢。 Thank you for your question.The specification of SerpinB1 (4D7) is 1ml, and the recommended for detection of SerpinB1 of human origin by Western Blotting (starting dilution 1:200, dilution range 1:100-1:1000). You can use it by volume ratio without calculating the final concentration.Thank you.

What is the recommended fixation method for immunofluorescence staining with SerpinB1 (4D7): sc-293462 monoclonal antibody?
