Is there any risk that this human Sema6B antibody sc-390928 (which, as I can see, works for mouse Sema6B too) also recognize mouse Sema6A protein? Has it been tested? Would it be possible to get the exact sequence that this antibody recognize? Thank you

Thank you for your question. Due to the comparatively low degree of sequence identity in the 48-118 amino acid epitope region this monoclonal antibody has been raised against, it is very unlikely that this antibody would cross-react with Sema6A protein from mouse.

Can SEMA6B (G-7): sc-390928 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, SEMA6B (G-7): sc-390928 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
