Is this antibody indicated also for flow Cytometry?

Thank you for your question. Sam 68 Antibody (7-1): sc-1238 is recommended for detection of Sam 68 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and IHC(P). It has not been tested for flow cytometry. Feel free to contact our technical support directly to arrange for a free sample of this antibody to try it out in your flow cytometry application yourself.

I am using Sam 68 (7-1): sc-1238 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
