    Ron α 抗体(C-5)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆Ron alpha抗体(也称为RON抗体、Ron alpha抗体或MST1R抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测人源Ron alpha蛋白。Ron α 抗体(C-5)既可以是非偶联的抗Ron alpha抗体形式,也可以是多种偶联形式的抗Ron alpha抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。受体蛋白酪氨酸激酶(PTKs)已根据序列相似性和独特的结构特征被分为不同的亚类。c-Met编码的受体代表了一类以异二聚体结构和富含半胱氨酸的细胞外结构域为特征的受体的初始成员。Ron,也称为巨噬细胞刺激蛋白受体(MSP受体)、p185-Ron、CD136抗原或PTK8,代表这类受体的第二个成员。Ron和Met的细胞内PTK结构域高度相似(序列同一性为63%),而细胞外结构域相关性较低(序列同一性为25%),且两者都富含半胱氨酸残基。成熟的Ron受体由α链(Ron α)和β链(Ron β)形成的二硫键连接的异二聚体组成。蛋白酶水解导致N端Ron α和C端Ron β亚基的分离。

    In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to HRP (sc-393523 HRP), phycoerythrin (sc-393523 PE), fluoroscein (sc-393523 FITC) and AlexaFluors.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Potent and very specific antibodyThis monoclonal antibody was independently tested in-house by Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation and validated for use for Western blotting. Possible strong detection of the target protein in mouse tissues (brain/testes/thymus/muscle mix). The detected protein was ~70 kDa, but it is expected to be closer to 40 kDa. No other major cross-reactivities were observed at 2 µg/ml antibody concentration with off-target proteins in the mouse tissues tested.
