Is this PTBP3 antibody specific to PTBP3 or it may also identify its paralogs, PTBP1 and PTBP2?

Thank you for your question. Anti-ROD1 Antibody (F-30): sc-100845 is only reactive with ROD1 (PTBP3). We do not have any data that would indicate cross reactivity with any of the corresponding paralogs.

Can sc-100845: ROD1 (F-30) monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, sc-100845: ROD1 (F-30) is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
