RKIP抗体（H-10）是一种IgG1小鼠单克隆RKIP抗体（也称为磷脂酰乙醇胺结合蛋白1抗体、PEBP抗体、海马胆碱能神经刺激肽抗体、Raf激酶抑制蛋白抗体、前列腺结合蛋白抗体、神经多肽H3抗体、HCNPpp抗体、PEBP-1抗体、HCNP抗体或PBP抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源RKIP蛋白。RKIP抗体（H-10）既可以是非偶联的抗RKIP抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗RKIP抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Raf激酶抑制蛋白（RKIP）是一种胞质蛋白，最初被鉴定为在脑组织中表达的磷脂酰乙醇胺结合蛋白（PBP），并从睾丸液中分泌。此外，RKIP是通过酵母双杂交筛选人T细胞库鉴定的，旨在鉴定与丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶Raf-1的BXB激酶结构域相关的蛋白。随后的体外和体内研究表明，RKIP与Raf-1的活性形式和非活性形式结合，从而调节MAP激酶通路的信号级联。RKIP与激酶活性Raf-1的特异性结合竞争性抑制Raf-1底物MEK的结合和激活。反过来，RKIP通过减少MEK效应蛋白（包括ERK1和ERK2）的激活以及随后诱导AP-1介导的转录来影响下游MAP激酶信号传导。

Can RKIP (H-10): sc-376925 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, RKIP (H-10): sc-376925 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
