I am using Ribosomal Protein S6 (H-4): sc-74576 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?

Performed in quadruplicate. Total protein staining by R-Prob Sigma kit to show consistent protein levels per lane. Antibody used at 1:1000 dilution.
