Rex 抗体

Rex-1抗体（E-11）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆Rex-1抗体（也称为Rex-1抗体），可通过蛋白质印迹法（WB）、免疫沉淀法（IP）、免疫荧光法（IF）、免疫组织化学法（IHC(P)）和酶联免疫吸附测定法（ELISA）检测到小鼠、大鼠和人源的Rex-1蛋白。Rex-1抗体（E-11）既有非偶联的抗Rex-1抗体形式，也有多种偶联形式的抗Rex-1抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Rex-1（表达减少），也称为锌指蛋白42（ZFP42），是一种酸性锌指蛋白。Rex-1包含四个锌指核酸结合基序的重复序列和一个潜在的酸性激活结构域，表明它是一种调节蛋白。Rex-1定位于细胞核，并在胚胎干细胞（ES）和未分化的小鼠F9畸胎瘤细胞中高度表达。在转录水平上，当通过添加维甲酸（RA）诱导F9细胞分化时，Rex-1的表达降低，而E1A可增强Rex-1的抑制。Oct-3/4转录因子可以根据细胞环境激活或抑制Rex-1启动子，而Oct-6可以降低Rex-1的表达。

What is a good positive control to use anti-Rex antibody for western blots?

I am using Rex-1 (E-11): sc-377095 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
