Recombinant Protein G Agarose

用法 :

Using rProtein G Agarose: To purify IgG, load crude samples (serum, ascites fluid, or hybridoma supernatant) onto a column of rProtein G Agarose under physiologic conditions of salt and pH. Non-IgG components do not bind to the beads and elute in the flow through fraction. Purified IgG is then eluted with a low pH buffer.
