Can the Anticorpo Rb (sc-73598) identify both the hypophosphorylated and hyperphosphorylated form of Rb? Are there any molecular weight differences?

is this RB1 antibody similar to BD BIOSCIENCE g3 245 used to test loss of expression in large cell neuroendocrine and small cell carcinoma lung ?

How much protein do you recommend loading on the gel for Western blot detection using Rb (Rb1): sc-73598?

Hello dear Please tell me could RB1-sc-73598 is able to detect both hyper and hypo phosphorylation form of RB in western blot analysis?

Thank you for your question. This mouse monoclonal, Rb Antibody (Rb1): sc-73598, has been verified to detect Total Rb, both phosphorylated and un-phosphorylated Rb protein. We have not performed experiments to evaluate the reactivity of this clone against hyper and hypo phosphorylated forms of the protein. There are currently 8 product citations that we are aware of using this antibody in Western blot.
