Ptx3抗体（C-10）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆Ptx3抗体（也称为Ptx3抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的Ptx3蛋白。Ptx3抗体（C-10）既可以是非偶联的抗Ptx3抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗Ptx3抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Pentraxins是一个蛋白质超家族，其特征在于循环多聚体结构。Ptx3，也称为肿瘤坏死因子刺激基因序列-14（TSG14），是一种分泌型模式识别受体，在抵抗特定微生物剂方面具有非冗余作用。Ptx3属于"长型Pentraxins"家族，具有C端Pentraxin结构域和新型的N端结构域。Ptx3与选定的病原体结合，包括烟曲霉、铜绿假单胞菌和鼠伤寒沙门氏菌。它在IgA肾小球肾炎中合成并激活系膜细胞。Ptx3在脂肪细胞中的分泌可由TNFα诱导。Ptx3还参与炎症反应的放大和先天免疫的调节。人类PTX3基因定位于染色体3q25。
