Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good antibody.I used this Pten (G-6) antibody for WB. The dilution 1:600 for this Ab in the first trial was not working. After talking to the technical support, 1:200 dilution (secondary antibody 1:2000) was used and I was surprised to see correct size, and clean band in the blot. Although the reactivity was lower, the accuracy in the protein detection was proved.
