Hello, I have several tubes of this antibody and they are from LOT#: C2017. Will these tubes still be reactive?

Thank you for your question. We have a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. If stored properly at 4° C the antibody can work for several years.

Is there any data showing PTEN (F-1): sc-393186 monoclonal antibody is specific to PTEN1?

Thank you for your question. We have Western blot data showing PTEN knockout of signal by CRISPR/Cas9 and PTEN expression in empty vector control in HEK293T whole cell lysate, thus confirming Wee 1 specificity.

I am a researcher in the field of biomedical sciences and have always had great confidence in your company's products. Particularly, your XOR antibody has made me a loyal supporter of Santa. However, during a recent experiment involving a very precious sample, I chose to use your PTEN antibody （sc-393186）. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing, and the antibody proved to be very difficult to use. The poor performance of this PTEN antibody is concerning, and I believe such a subpar product should not be available on the market, as it seriously impacts your company's reputation. For me personally, this experience has shattered my confidence in your products, and I will no longer be using your antibodies in my future work. I hope your company will take this feedback seriously and work on improving the quality of your products to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
