just to make sure before ordering, is this a whole antibody (IgG) with a molecular weight of 150 Kda or is the size based on the kappa chain only.

Thank you for your question. This is a regular complete IgG antibody with the standard ~150kDa size. The light chains for this antibody are kappa.

I got a band at approx. 40 kDa and 30 kDa but not on 20 kDa with Ab 1:200 (also 1:100) and 40 µg of DLD1 whole cell lysate. Can you please get feedback to this?

How much of recombinant PRL-3 should I use for ELISA to get a signal with sc-130355 antibody (if using as recommended 1:30 dilution) at least OD450nm ~ 1.0?

Thank you for your question. For using this antibody for solid-phase ELISA we recommend a starting dilution of 1:30 and a dilution range of 1:30-1:300. The amount of recombinant PRL-3 that is required is highly dependent on the experimental setup of your ELISA. Please contact our technical service for assistance.

How did you determine that the antibody does not cross-react with PRL-1 and PRL-2?

How much protein do you recommend loading on the gel for Western blot detection using PRL-3 (318): sc-130355 monoclonal antibody?
