感谢您的提问,PPAR gamma 抗体 E-8 是小鼠单克隆 IgG1 κ。二抗请选用其他种属抗小鼠。稀释比例为1:50-1:500。谢谢。 Thank you for your question, PPAR gamma antibody E-8 is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 κ. For secondary antibody, please use an anti-mouse of another species. The dilution ratio is 1:50-1:500. Thank you.

Does this product react with the human placenta?

Does HEK293 cells express this protein or could HEK293 cells be stimulated to express it?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we are unable to answer the expression level in HEK293 cells specifically, but this information is probably available in literature, so I would recommend looking in pubmed. We do have data in many cell lines, and we do see PPARγ expression without stimulation in most cases.

The bands we are obtaining in a WB of PAG with this antibody are around 45kDa, really close to the actin band. I am using a gel concentration of 8%. Is this band that I am obtaining PPAR gamma?? Is there any publication that can prove me it is OK?

Thank you for your question. Yes, PPARgamma has been reported at several different sizes, ranging down to 43kDa and up to 67kDa. I would suggest not using actin as a loading control when you are working with PPARgamma. GAPDH or Vinculin may be better so as to not be in the same range as your target protein.

hi, what blocking buffer that i should use with this antibody? is it better with BSA or non-fat milk?

Thank you for your question. For Western blotting with chemiluminescent detection (HRP), we recommend using 5% nonfat milk + TBS + 0.05% Tween-20 (available pre-made as, TBS Blotto A: sc-2333). For Western blotting with near-infrared (NIR) detection, we recommend using our UltraCruz® Blocking Reagent: sc-516214. Can I use PPARγ Antibody (E-8) for Immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining on mouse tissue?

Yes. We recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. Our PPARγ Antibody (E-8) is currently available conjugated to AF405, AF488, AF647, Biotin, FITC, HRP, PE, and TRITC.
