Pleckstrin 抗体 (25) 是一种 IgG1 κ 小鼠单克隆 Pleckstrin 抗体（也称 Pleckstrin 抗体），可通过 WB 检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的 Pleckstrin 蛋白。Pleckstrin 抗体 (25) 可作为非结合型抗 Pleckstrin 抗体提供。血小板中的蛋白激酶 C（PKC）激活后会立即导致血小板中主要的 PKC 底物--pleckstrin（以前称为 40K 或 P47）磷酸化。Pleckstrin 含有与 Ca2+ 结合的 "EF-手 "结构，以及位于 Ser 113 和 Ser 117 的 PKC 磷酸化位点。Pleckstrin 的 N 端和 C 端含有两个 pleckstrin 同源结构域（PH），可介导蛋白质-蛋白质和蛋白质-脂质之间的相互作用。Pleckstrin 在人类中性粒细胞中高度表达。中性粒细胞受到炎症刺激后，Pleckstrin 会被迅速磷酸化，这可能是人类中性粒细胞中表达的非常规 PKC 异构体 delta 或 zeta 所为。非常规 PKC 异构体的磷酸化会诱导 pleckstrin 发生构象变化，从而促进其与膜和/或细胞骨架的相互作用，将 PH 结构域识别的蛋白质或脂质靶向到有助于杀微生物反应的部位。

Hi, Can I use this antibody to detect Pleckstrin of mouse origin by immunofluorescence?

Thank you for your question. This antibody is currently only recommended for Western blotting of Pleckstrin in mouse, rat and human samples. We do not yet have data or citations using this antibody for immunofluorescent (IF) staining, and so it is not a recommended application at this time. Please check back for updates!

How much sample do you recommend loading on the gel for Western blot detection using Pleckstrin (25): sc-136042?
