PIWIL2抗体(G-1)是一种IgG2bκ小鼠单克隆PIWIL2抗体,可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的PIWIL2。PIWIL2抗体(G-1)可作为非偶联的抗PIWIL2抗体形式,以及多种偶联形式的抗PIWIL2抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。PIWIL2(PIWI-like protein 2),又称HILI和癌症/睾丸抗原80(CT80),是一种973个氨基酸的蛋白,属于argonaute家族。PIWIL2包含一个PAZ结构域和一个PIWI结构域。PIWIL2是一种在成年睾丸和大多数肿瘤中表达的细胞质蛋白。它调节精子发生和原始生殖细胞产生,并在精母细胞减数分裂分化和精原干细胞自我更新中起重要作用。PIWIL2的表达可以调节参与干细胞增殖(如PDGFR-β)、能量代谢(如Glut1)、细胞间相互作用(如整合素α6、GJA7、THY-1和CD9)和生殖细胞分化(如STRA8)的基因表达。它也可能作为Stat3/Bcl-xS/L/CCND1途径的调节因子发挥作用。抑制PIWIL2可以抑制肿瘤细胞生长。PIWIL2通过抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡和促进肿瘤细胞增殖而发挥致癌基因的作用。

What is the recommended fixation method for immunofluorescence staining with PIWIL2 (G-1): sc-377258 monoclonal antibody?
