    PITSLRE抗体(B-9)是一种IgM κ小鼠单克隆PITSLRE抗体(也称为PITSLRE抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的PITSLRE蛋白。PITSLRE抗体(B-9)为非偶联的抗PITSLRE抗体。PITSLRE β1蛋白是Cdk蛋白激酶家族的远亲成员,在低水平异位表达后诱导凋亡。凋亡,或程序性细胞死亡,同样由异位表达的保留PITSLRE β1催化域和羧基末端结构域的氨基末端缺失突变体所诱导,但不由缺乏组蛋白H1激酶活性的其他突变体或由其他Cdk家族成员所诱导。PITSLRE亚家族蛋白的十种异构体的术语是基于Cdc2 p34的保守PSTAIRE盒区域。根据产生蛋白质的PITSLRE基因,cDNA和蛋白质被指定为α、β或γ(即,PITSLRE A基因,α;PITSLRE B基因,β和PITSLRE C基因,γ)。一些异构体,如PITSLRE α1(T细胞)和PITSLRE β1(B细胞和大脑),在特定细胞类型中表达,而其他异构体则普遍表达。

    How is it possible that IgM kappa antibody PITSLRE Antibody (B-9): sc-377296 could be detected with m-IgGκ BP-HRP: sc-516102 that is advertised to be specific to IgG? Are those bands shown on sc-377296 product page really specific?

    Thank you for your question. m-IgGκ BP-HRP: sc-516102 binds to the κ-chain of the antibody. It recognizes the κ-chains of IgG, IgM, and IgA antibodies (including PITSLRE Antibody (B-9): sc-377296). The bands shown on the product page of PITSLRE Antibody (B-9): sc-377296 are specific.
