氧化还原酶-蛋白质二硫键异构酶（PDI）是一种由催化硫醇-二硫键交换的亚基组成的同源二聚体，介导新生蛋白质的折叠并作为分子伴侣发挥作用。PDI定位于内质网（ER）腔内，与折叠辅助蛋白（如免疫球蛋白重链结合蛋白BiP）一起介导三级和四级蛋白质加工。细胞表面PDI通过诱导整合素介导的粘附受体-配体相互作用中的硫氢基介导的构象变化，从而调节整合素反应和细胞粘附。此外，PDI还作为另外两个更复杂的酶系统的亚基发挥作用：脯氨酰-4-羟化酶和三酰甘油转移蛋白。

仅限研究使用。不适用于诊断和治疗用途。
