PDEF抗体（G-10）是一种IgG1κ型小鼠单克隆PDEF抗体（也被称为SPDEF抗体），它可以通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA等方法检测到人类来源的PDEF蛋白。PDEF抗体（G-10）可以以非共轭型抗PDEF抗体形式获得，也可以以多种共轭型抗PDEF抗体形式获得，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。前列腺上皮特异性Ets转录因子（PDEF），也被称为前列腺Ets或含有SAM指向域的Ets转录因子，是一种含有335个氨基酸的核蛋白。PDEF属于Ets蛋白家族。这种蛋白定位在前列腺上皮细胞中，作为Ets转录因子发挥功能。它上调p62启动子的活性，但这种活性可以被PSI下调。它还通过作为雄激素非依赖性转录激活因子的作用，参与前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）的激活。

When should the TransCruz reagent sc-166846 X be used instead of the standard form sc-166846?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.
