PBEF抗体（E-3）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆PBEF抗体（也称为烟酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶抗体、前B细胞集落增强因子1抗体、前B细胞增强因子抗体、NAmPRTase抗体、内脂素抗体或PBEF1抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源PBEF蛋白。PBEF抗体（E-3）既可以是非偶联的抗PBEF抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗PBEF抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。前B细胞增强因子（PBEF），也称为烟酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶（Nampt）或内脂素，属于NAPRTase蛋白家族。PBEF可能参与增强IL-7和SCF对早期B系前体集落形成的作用。它参与烟酰胺与5-磷酸核糖-1-焦磷酸的催化反应，生成烟酰胺单核苷酸，这对NAD的生物合成很重要。这是NAD生物合成途径中的限速步骤。PBEF在人和小鼠的内脏脂肪中高度富集，在肥胖发展过程中，血浆中的PBEF表达水平升高。PBEF是一种主要表达于骨髓、肌肉和肝组织中的细胞质蛋白，但也可以在胎盘、肺、肾和心脏组织中检测到。
