Pax-7抗体（PAX7）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆Pax-7抗体，可通过WB、IP和IF检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的Pax-7。Pax-7抗体（PAX7）既可作为共轭形式也可作为非共轭形式的抗Pax-7抗体使用。Pax基因家族的核转录因子由九个成员组成，这些成员在胚胎发育过程中发挥作用，以调节细胞的时间和位置依赖性分化。此外，该家族还参与成年生物体中的各种信号转导途径。Pax家族蛋白的突变与人类疾病和癌症有关。Pax-7是一种在培养的卫星细胞来源的成肌细胞中特异性表达的蛋白质。原位杂交显示，Pax-7也在成年肌肉中的卫星细胞中表达。编码Pax-7的基因发生染色体畸变会导致横纹肌肉瘤2（RMS2）（也称为肺泡横纹肌肉瘤）。

for Pax 7 Antibody with Alexa Fluor, does it mean that we don't need secondary antibody anymore? and do you have official distributor in singapore?
