The representative picture of western blot shows non-57 kDa size band in the page (https://www.scbt.com/ja/p/p57-antibody-kp39). Why the size are not 57kDa? One of the pictures shows more than two bands. What are those bands? Thanks.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with p57 (KP39): sc-56341 monoclonal antibody?

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. Un segnale più debole si osserva in lisati di Jurkat (100kcells) (lane 4) . Molto specifico, buona reattività. Peso osservato circa 55kDa (banda compresa tra 50kDa e 60kDa).
