Hi, It is stated that this Ab will stain all forms of p53, but does that mean all the isoforms? The Western Blot shown only the 53 kDa isoform, not the ones with lower moelcular weight. I cannot find information regarding which isoforms it binds to. Ida

Thank you for your question. p53 Antibody (Bp53-12): sc-263 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes both the wild time (wt) and mutant forms of p53. Unfortunately, we do not have any information about which isoforms the Bp53-12 clone can bind to specifically.

I have run out of my usual goat anti-mouse secondary antibody. What do you recommend I use for detection in my WB?
